Founder of Aligned Within | Coach. Leader. Father. Builder High Performers

I’ve lived most of my life balancing two worlds: the pressure of leading large teams in a fast-paced corporate environment, and the responsibility of raising two daughters as a single father. For years, I was the man who looked successful on paper—high-level operations leader, strong provider, disciplined in the gym—yet inside, I felt the weight of misalignment.

As life demanded more—parenting, career growth, relationships, finances, self-development—I realized something powerful:
Men don’t fail because they lack strength. They fail because they lack alignment.

Alignment between purpose and action.
Between identity and behavior.
Between the man they are and the man they know they’re capable of becoming.

That insight became the foundation of Aligned Within, a coaching method built for the modern man navigating real stress, real responsibility, and real ambition. My work blends leadership psychology, emotional intelligence, physical mastery, and conscious masculinity into a practical system that helps men live stronger—inside and out.

I don’t teach theory. I teach what I live.

I’ve rebuilt my life through intentional alignment:
● Managing a demanding leadership career while launching my own coaching brand
● Raising two daughters with presence, discipline, and love
● Transforming my health and body through consistent training
● Navigating financial strategy, relationships, and purpose with clarity
● Turning adversity into direction instead of distraction

If you’re here, you already feel the pull.
Something in you knows there’s more.
More strength. More purpose. More alignment.

I’m here to guide you toward it—with structure, accountability, and the kind of clarity that reshapes your life from the inside out.

Get strong. Inside and out.
Get aligned within.

My mission is simple:
Help men and high performers rise into the strongest, most grounded, most purpose-driven version of themselves—without burning out their careers, families, or soul in the process.
